eMarketing Techniques Conference 2008

Mitch Slater will be conducting a workshop on:

Give your customer what they need—before they know it!

Reaching your customers across the web requires products and messages that ring true with a customer in, literally, microseconds. Wouldn’t it be great if we could read their minds and know what really resonates with the buying public? More often then not, they don’t know what they want or need. So traditional surveys, focus groups and other tools of the traditional marketing world are ineffective at articulating high-value, high-demand products and messages. Wouldn’t a systematic, repeatable methodology that eliminates uncertainty and regularizes the experimentation and design process for capturing and refining the best ideas, products, services, messages and approaches help?
